Registration and Payment

• Registration:Participants must complete the registration form and submit the required payment to attend the conference.
• Payment:Payments can be made through our secure online payment system.
• Refund Policy: Payment is non-refundable 15 days to the conference week, 30% refund if requested 30 days to the conference week, 80% refund if requested more than 30 days to the conference week.

Hotel Booking

• Booking: Our website provides information and links for booking hotels. These bookings are managed by third-party providers, and we are not responsible for any issues related to hotel reservations.
• Cancellation: Please refer to the individual hotel's cancellation policy.

Conference Media

• Photography and Videography: By attending the conference, you consent to being photographed and filmed. The images and videos may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and other marketing materials.

Personal Data

• Data Collection & Privacy:We collect personal information during the registration process. This data is used solely for organising the conference and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Code of Conduct

• Behaviour: All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards others. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the conference without a refund.

• Compliance: Participants must comply with all local laws and regulations.

Liability

• Disclaimer:We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your attendance at the conference, including travel and accommodation expenses.

• Indemnity / Guarantee / Insurance: By registering, you agree to hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your participation in the conference.
