Stephen Ruzibiza is the Chief Executive Officer of the Private Sector Federation (PSF), a role he has held since June 2015, where he has been instrumental in driving private sector growth and strengthening Rwanda’s business environment. Before joining PSF, he served as Company Secretary and Chief Legal Officer at RwandAir Ltd (2012–2015), providing leadership in legal, governance, and compliance matters. He also worked as a State Attorney at the Ministry of Justice (2008–2012), where he gained extensive experience in public service and legal affairs. He holds a Master’s Degree in International Business Law from Tilburg University (Netherlands) and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre (Uganda). With a strong background in legal practice, corporate governance, and business leadership, he has developed expertise in social media marketing, clear communications, new business development, and stakeholder engagement.
